UKwired do not tolerate the use of our service for unsolicited email (SPAM).

Sending SPAM email from a UKwired email address or using a UKwired email address as a return address / email opt-out address for SPAM is in violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy and terms and conditions by which we provide this service.

Any users found in violation of this policy will have their account immediately suspended / terminated. Additionally we will pursue legal action and recovery of costs against any person violating our terms and conditions.

For each violation of the no spam policy we reserve the right to charge ten pounds (£10 UK Pounds) for EACH email.
