Login to your webmail email account here. At the prompt enter your username and password - these are the same as the POP3 username and password you will have been given. To view the webmail help file please see here.

If you collect your email using a standard email program like Outlook, Outlook Express (i.e. POP3 email) the POP3 server hostname to use is: pop3.ukwired.co.uk

To send mail using a standard email program you will need to use the SMTP server of your Internet access provider or an authenticated SMTP service as provided by AuthSMTP. If you are using a Get Online Internet dialup account or Get Online Broadband ADSL broadband account the SMTP server hostname to use is: smtp.getonlinebroadband.com

If you would like to change your password (we recommend you do approximately every 3 months), setup an auto-reply / autoresponder message or enable email forwarding you can do this from the 'Preferences' page on the webmail interface - login here.

When choosing your @ukwired.co.uk email address please use the following guidelines:

• Minimum 3 characters - i.e. abc@ukwired.co.uk

• The full stop '.' and '_' characters may be used but may not start of finish the email address - other characters used must be standard letters (a-z) or numbers (0-9)

• Email addresses are considered lower case

• We recommend: 'firstname.lastname@'

• No single names - i.e. 'david@'

• No obscene words

• No generic email addresses - i.e. 'info@'

• We have the final say!
